Everything about your email that is within your control: whether your domain is properly authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), whether your sending server is trusted, how your content reads to a spam filter, how the email is built, and whether your links work. It starts at 100 and subtracts for each problem found.
No, and nobody can promise that. Every spam filter works differently and Gmail personalises per recipient. A high score means you have done everything within your control — which is the part you can actually act on.

The Spam Test tells you where your email landed — inbox or spam — across real mailboxes at Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo. The Email Score tells you why: what is technically wrong with the message and how to fix it. They answer different questions and work well together.
